Website Upgrade - what to do if you can't login

The website upgrade is progressing well but some people have had problems logging in. The following has worked for virtually everyone so far -

  1. Log out using the green head and shoulders icon at the top of the page.
     
  2. Log in again by clicking on the same icon which will now be red. Make sure you use your registered email address and not your membership number. 

If you still cannot login then clear cache/cookies and close your browser.

Then follow the above procedure to try again.
