If you have problems logging in -

• Log out using the green head and shoulders icon at the top of the page.
• Log in again by clicking on the same icon which will now be red. Make sure you use your registered email address and not your membership number.

If you still cannot login then clear cache/cookies and close your browser. Then follow the above procedure to try again.

If that is not successful click on the new or forgotten password link and you’ll receive an email which allows you to change your password. This will allow you to login.
