David Parkins has purchased all the masters, tooling and the sole manufacturing rights to the following ranges from the estate of the late Adrian Swain.

• The superb Classic Commercials range of 1:43 road vehicle kits.

• All of the 7mm wagons from the 43-two-1 Wagon Range (Adrian’s own in-house range) and all the other wagon ranges absorbed or purchased by Adrian over the years, such as Home of O Gauge, Oldbury Models, Meteor, Jigsaw etc.

• The 7mm Cavalier Coaches range of coach bogies and fittings. These when combined with some of our own parts will enable virtually any standard gauge UK mainstream coach type to be produced, either in complete kit form or as add-on packs for RTR coaches.

• The following subjects from the Zero Zephyrs 7mm loco range

• The entire Wrightlines, O/16.5mm and 14mm narrow gauge range of locomotive, coach and wagon kits.

Also included will be some iconic unreleased items.

There will of course be major changes, including a re-vamp of the kit instructions as time permits. Further, with the wagon kits, gone will be the drawing pins for buffers! Most significantly, Adrian had begun the process of putting some of his wagon kits to one-piece or 4-5 piece resin bodies. David Parkins will continue the process of releasing these, which will be offered side by side with his traditional cast metal range for the immediate future.

David asks that customers please bear with him and in time these items will appear a few at a time across all the ranges.

Time prevents David from entering into discussions at present as to which products will be coming back out, and in which order. He will announce re-introductions and new-tool items on his web site in the relevant category for each product group as they happen.
